Standby Saver Goes National!
Standby Saver moved into top gear at the beginning of May, when the first bulk orders of the Infra-red and USB products arrived in the UK. The result has been orders from some High Street giants including Argos, with product going into stores during July 08.
This is fantastic news for the new arrival that is already now available for individual purchase both on this site and other major sites such as e-buyer and British Gas. There is huge interest in the product which so excited the BBC Dragons’ Den programme when the idea was first aired. Now businesses and house owners are being offered something that needs no deliberation. When the motivation is to save money, the cost of Standby Saver is reclaimed within months. When the motivation is to save the planet, if we all used one, we could close a power station!
Seizing the initiative, British Gas have taken many positive steps in helping to reduce CO2 emissions. One of these was to recognise the capability of Standby Saver and grant it the British Gas Energy for Tomorrow badgemark. Where you see this badgemark, you can be confident that the product described will genuinely reduce carbon emissions
